Note: The office requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 service chargew. All applicants are required to pay for their first lesson in advance. A service charge of 1.5% per month, 18% APR will be added to all overdue accounts, also liable for all legal and collection fees.
